Appointments are scheduled Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:45pm. Our administrative office is open from 7.30am to 5.30pm (8:00am to 5:00pm Wednesdays) assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
Appointments
For your convenience we have a SMS reminder system to remind you of your next appointment. The length of time we will schedule for you depends on the procedure that has been prescribed for you. It is very important that you keep your appointments so that we can complete your treatment on schedule.
We try to schedule the majority of school-childrens’ appointments before and after school. We generally have short appointments before and after school and longer appointments during the mornings. As the majority of your appointments are short, they can usually be scheduled out of school hours.
On average, an 18 month course of orthodontic treatment will typically need only a few long appointments.
Emergency Appointments
We understand that minor dental emergencies occur from time to time. You can feel confident that our reception staff will schedule an appointment for you as soon as possible.
Financial Considerations
The cost of orthodontic treatment depends on the severity of your condition and the length of time required to complete your treatment. Fees and payment options will be discussed at your initial consultation appointment. We have plans to allow payment without interest over the duration of the treatment.
We have various payment options to make your treatment as affordable as possible. We do not have any direct relationship with private health funds. However, we will assist you by providing the necessary information to help with your claims. Initial appointments can be claimed through HICAPS
